Accessibility statement

Last updated: 19 July 2026

FlightCentral Ltd is committed to making flight-central.co.uk accessible to as many people as possible, including disabled people and those using assistive technologies.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is an ongoing commitment: we design, build and review the Site with accessibility in mind, and we improve issues as we find them.

Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML structure and meaningful page titles
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation and form controls
  • Visible focus styles for interactive elements
  • Text alternatives for meaningful non-text content where used
  • Colour contrast chosen for readable body text and controls
  • Respect for reduced-motion preferences for non-essential animation
  • A “skip to content” link for keyboard and screen reader users

Known limitations

Some older illustrative images or third-party embeds (if added later) may not yet meet every AA criterion. Decorative motion on the homepage is designed to be optional under reduced-motion settings. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us — we will prioritise a fix.

Compatibility

The Site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and with common assistive technologies. We test on a representative set of devices; if something fails in your environment, we want to know.

Feedback and contact

If you have difficulty using any part of this Site, or need information in a different format, please contact us via the contact form. Include the page URL and a short description of the problem if you can. We aim to respond within two working days.

Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) for advice, or raise concerns with the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) where appropriate.
